the stress couples experience during infertility treatment, whether
they have been trying for 1 year or 5 years. Much of this stress
is a result of the uncertainty as to outcome, disruption to everyday
life and the emotional turmoil associated with different treatment
modalities.
Our "Plan
of Management for Couples" helps to reduce anxiety by clearly
outlining, at the outset, what to expect as they progress along
their pathway of management.
Toronto
West Fertility Associates has made every effort to decrease
the disruption in a patient's life by offering complete infertility
services at one easily accessible location. Our patients are seen
once per day, starting at 6:45 am.
Finally, your
patient's emotional stress can be reduced by being treated at
a dedicated fertility practice and by interacting with our caring
staff, who are able to spend the time to become familiar with
each patient as a real person.
As a designated "satellite" clinic for TCART (Toronto Centre for Advanced Reproductive Technology), we do all the monitoring at our Bloor/Islington location and we do the egg retrievals and embryo transfers at TCART - 150 Bloor St. W. Unit #210.
